Data Deletion Instructions
Eyr Holistic operates an internal, read-only customer-feedback analytics tool. If you have interacted with one of our brands (Norse Organics, Frøya Organics, Primal Viking, Arctic Goddess) on Facebook, Instagram, or elsewhere, and you would like the data associated with you removed from this internal tool, you can request deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@eyrholistic.comwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the username, handle, or name you used when interacting with us, and the platform (e.g. your Instagram or Facebook username), so we can locate the data.
What happens next
We will locate and permanently delete the data associated with you from our internal database, and confirm completion by email, within 30 days of a verified request. Because our tool is read-only, this does not affect any content on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms, those are controlled by you and the respective platform.
