Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Eyr Holistic ("Eyr", "we", "us") and its brands (Norse Organics, Frøya Organics, Primal Viking, Arctic Goddess) collect and use data in our internal customer-feedback tooling. This application is an internal, staff-only analytics tool. It is not a consumer product and does not offer accounts to the public.

What we access

Through APIs for accounts we own and operate, our tool reads:

• Comments and posts on our own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts;
• Messages and direct messages received by our own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts;
• Reviews and customer-service conversations from platforms we use (e.g. Trustpilot, Amazon Seller Central, Re:amaze);
• Aggregated search performance data for our own websites (Google Search Console).

We access this data on a read-only basis. We do not post, reply, send messages, mark messages as read, modify, or delete any content through this tool.

How we use it

We use this data solely for internal analysis, understanding customer sentiment, identifying product and service issues, and improving our products and customer support. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Storage & retention

Data is stored securely in our private database with access restricted to authorized Eyr staff. We retain feedback data only as long as needed for the analysis described above, and remove or anonymize it when no longer required.
